Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 18, 2026 · GetCafePOS

We want getcafepos.com to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or reduced motion. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What we have done

Keyboard access to every menu, drawer, search and form, with visible focus.

A skip link, landmarks and one H1 per page with ordered headings.

Colour contrast checked for text, buttons and focus rings in light and dark themes and in every colour palette.

An accessibility widget to enlarge text, raise contrast, highlight links and reduce motion; the site also honours your system’s reduced-motion setting.

Right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Urdu pages, and correct language attributes on every page.

Visible close buttons on every drawer and dialog, so nothing depends on the Escape key.

Known limitations

Decorative animations (steam, the 3D menu ring) are hidden from assistive technology and turn off with reduced motion. Some comparison tables are wide and scroll horizontally on small screens. Translated pages cover home, pricing and contact; other pages are in English.

The GetCafePOS product

This statement covers the website. If you have accessibility needs in the register or back office, tell us — we will work with you on settings and alternatives.

Report a problem

If something doesn’t work for you, tell us through the contact details on our contact page (use the “Show email” button). Include the page and what happened; we aim to reply within 2 business days and fix confirmed issues as quickly as we can.

How we test

Automated contrast checks across themes and palettes, keyboard testing, and screen-size checks from 320 px to 1920 px wide.
