What the software handles per country
Multi-currency
Each business location has its own currency, symbol position and decimal rules. A group can run a shop in Dubai (AED) and one in Lahore (PKR) under one account, each reporting in its own currency.
Tax rates & tax groups
Combine rates into tax groups (state + county + city in the US; 5% VAT in the UAE; provincial sales tax in Pakistan), assign them per product, and show prices tax-inclusive or exclusive.
Local receipt & invoice layouts
Business name, address, tax registration number (TRN, NTN/STRN), bilingual lines and right-to-left text set per location.
Date & number formats
Month/day/year in the US, day/month/year in the UAE and Pakistan; thousands separators and 12/24-hour time per business.
Interface language per user
Each staff member works in their own language; receipts print in the location’s language.
Local payment methods
Add the tenders people use locally — Apple Pay via terminals, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, cash — so the day’s report matches the bank.

Can one account have locations in different countries?
Yes. Each location has its own currency and tax settings; reports are per location in its own currency.
Do you convert prices with exchange rates?
No. Each market has its own price list set for that market. The prices you see when you switch country are the actual prices.
Are you certified for fiscal printers or e-invoicing?
We do not claim country certifications. A ZATCA e-invoicing module exists for Saudi Arabia; for other countries’ fiscal rules, talk to us before buying.
Will you add more countries?
Possibly. If you run cafes elsewhere, tell us on the contact page; we prioritise markets where cafes ask.
How are prices shown with tax?
US prices exclude sales tax (added at checkout), UAE prices include 5% VAT, and Pakistan prices are shown before applicable sales tax.
