How much does a cafe POS cost per month?

GetCafePOS costs $39 / $69 / $119 per location per month in the US for Single Shot, Double Shot and Roastery. Competing cafe POS software typically runs $59.95–$69 for the base plan before loyalty, online ordering and extra devices.

Is pricing per register or per location?

Per location. Single Shot includes one register; Double Shot and Roastery include unlimited registers at that location, so adding a second iPad at the counter costs nothing.

What does annual billing save?

About 17% — roughly two months free. For example, Single Shot is $33 a month when billed annually instead of $39.

Are there setup fees or contracts?

No setup fee for the POS and no contract. Pay monthly and cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. The managed website has a one-time setup fee unless you take the Full Pour bundle, which waives it.

Do you charge per transaction?

No. You use your own payment processor and pay its rates; GetCafePOS adds no per-transaction markup. That is why the price list has no processing line.

Why are prices different in the UAE and Pakistan?

Each market has its own price list set for local buying power and taxes — not a currency conversion. UAE prices (AED 149 / AED 259 / AED 449) include 5% VAT. Pakistan prices (Rs 3,999 / Rs 6,999 / Rs 11,999) are shown before applicable sales tax.

What happens when the free trial ends?

The 30-day trial needs no card. At the end you choose a plan to keep selling; if you do nothing, the account pauses and your menu stays saved for a while so you can come back.

Is hardware included?

No. GetCafePOS runs on tablets and computers you already own or buy anywhere. The hardware guide lists printers, cash drawers and scanners that work. We do not sell or lease hardware, so there is nothing to finance.

Can I get a refund?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and are not charged again. Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of payment are refunded in full; after that, the plan runs to the end of the year. The refund policy has the details.

Do I pay for each language or country?

No. Languages, currencies and tax settings are part of every plan. A location in Dubai and one in Lahore are each billed in their own market’s price.
