How GetCafePOS works in Pakistan

Tax
Prices on this site are shown before applicable sales tax. In the POS you set your provincial sales tax on services (or federal rate where it applies) as a tax group and print it on receipts; restaurants in some provinces must also integrate with the tax authority’s POS reporting — ask us about your province.
Currency & formats
Pakistani rupee (Rs / PKR), no decimals on the menu; day/month/year dates.
Payments
Cash first; cards through your bank’s terminal; JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer recorded as custom tenders so the day’s report matches your accounts.
Languages
Urdu and English on the register and receipts; Urdu is set right-to-left in a proper Nastaliq-capable font.
How to reach us
WhatsApp first, then phone calls. We reply on WhatsApp during Pakistan desk hours.
Trading week
Monday–Saturday working week with Sunday off for offices; cafes are busiest evenings and weekends. Ramadan moves trade to after iftar and sehri.
Receipts
Urdu or English receipts (or both), with your NTN/STRN and the sales tax line.

What’s different about selling coffee here

  • Load-shedding is real: keep the router, printer and register charger on a UPS, and a 4G device as backup internet.
  • Local cloud POS tools cost roughly PKR 2,499–7,999 a month on published prices; GetCafePOS sits in that band with loyalty and an online store included.
  • Instagram and WhatsApp drive cafe discovery; an order-ahead link in your bio turns that attention into pickup orders.

Questions from Pakistan cafe owners

Answered by the GetCafePOS team. Can’t find yours? Ask us.

How much does cafe POS software cost in Pakistan?

GetCafePOS plans are priced in rupees per branch per month plus applicable sales tax — see the price on this page. Annual billing saves about two months.

Can I record JazzCash and Easypaisa payments?

Yes. Add them as payment methods; staff choose the method at checkout and reports show totals per method for reconciliation. The money itself moves through JazzCash or Easypaisa, not through GetCafePOS.

Does it print Urdu receipts?

Yes. Receipts can be Urdu, English or both, with Urdu set right-to-left.

What about power cuts and internet drops?

The register needs internet to save sales. Keep a UPS on the router and printer and a 4G device as backup; switching takes under a minute.

Do you integrate with FBR or provincial tax POS systems?

We do not claim a certified integration today. If your province requires real-time POS reporting for your category, talk to us before you buy so we can tell you exactly what is possible.

Can my staff use the register in Urdu?

Yes. Each user picks their language, so a manager can work in English while counter staff use Urdu.
