Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026 · GetCafePOS
These terms govern your use of getcafepos.com and the GetCafePOS point-of-sale service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
The service
GetCafePOS is hosted software for running a cafe: register, menu, modifiers, tips, loyalty, bar and kitchen tickets, reports and an online store generated from your products. Features by plan are listed on the pricing page.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and give staff their own users. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the prices, taxes and information you enter.
Free trial
New accounts can use the full service free for the trial period shown on the pricing page. No card is required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue.
Plans, billing and taxes
Plans are billed per location, monthly or annually, in the currency of your market. US prices exclude sales tax; UAE prices include VAT; Pakistan prices exclude applicable sales tax. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Card payments and third parties
GetCafePOS does not process card payments. You contract separately with your payment processor, and with any third party you connect (for example delivery apps or SNAP/EBT processors). Their terms and fees apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to sell prohibited goods, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to access other accounts, or to interfere with the service.
Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time.
Managed websites and bundle
Managed website and bundle work is described on those pages, including delivery timelines and revisions. You own your domain and content; we grant you a licence to the site design while you are subscribed and hand over your content if you leave.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The register needs an internet connection; keep a backup connection as recommended in our guides.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; see the refund and cancellation policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are unpaid, after notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in your order form or, if none, the law of the place where our contracting entity is registered. Consumer rights you have under your local law are not affected.
