A coffee shop loyalty program rewards repeat visits — traditionally a stamp card. In GetCafePOS it is reward points built into the register: customers earn points on what they spend, you set how many points a free drink costs, and they redeem at the counter or on your online store. It is included in every plan, not sold as an add-on.

A customer gives their phone number on the first visit. By the tenth visit they have enough points for a free drink, and the cashier sees it on the screen when the number is entered. Nobody lost a paper card, and you can see exactly how many free drinks loyalty gave away last month.

No. They give their phone number at the counter. If they order ahead on your auto-generated store and sign in, they can use their points there too.
