Yes. Square lets you export your item library to a spreadsheet from the Items section of the dashboard. Send that file as it is; we map the columns.
Both offer menu or inventory exports from their back office; availability depends on your plan and reseller. If you cannot export, a photo of your menu board is enough for us to build it.
Usually yes. GetCafePOS records payments from the processor and terminal you choose. If your processor is tied to your old POS (Square, Toast and Clover processing generally are), you will need a new processor agreement; we explain the options on a call.
Check your term and early termination fee before you switch. Many cafes run GetCafePOS on its free trial until the old contract or hardware lease ends.
