Create your GetCafePOS account and business
Sign up, name your cafe, choose country, currency and time zone, and set your tax and receipt basics.

Open the sign-up page and enter your name, email and a password.
Enter your cafe's name and choose your country — currency and formats follow it.
Choose your time zone and the financial year start.
Upload your logo (square works best).
Confirm your email to finish.
Your account is the business: everything else — locations, registers, staff, products — lives inside it.
Before you start
Have your cafe’s trading name, your logo and your tax number (EIN/sales tax permit in the US, TRN in the UAE, NTN/STRN in Pakistan) ready. You can add the tax number later.
Choosing the country
The country sets the currency, the number and date format, and the default way prices are shown: tax added at checkout (US), VAT-inclusive (UAE) or before sales tax (Pakistan). You can adjust each setting afterwards in Business settings.
What happens next
After confirming your email you land in the back office with one location already created. Continue with Add your location, registers and staff.
