Import your menu and customers from a spreadsheet
Use the CSV templates to import products and customers in bulk, or send the files to our onboarding team.

Export items and customers from your current POS as CSV.
Download the GetCafePOS import template.
Copy columns into the template: name, category, SKU, price, size.
Upload the file in Products → Import products.
Review the imported products and attach modifier sets.
What imports cleanly
Products, prices, categories, SKUs, barcodes, opening stock and customers.
What to rebuild
Modifier sets — every POS exports them differently. It takes 10–15 minutes by hand.
